Problem

When creating new versions of the legacy campaigns, if you attempt to change the entry condition using the is_not_today filter, the following error occurs:

Error in loading Shell component Campaign tags.

Explanation

• You may encounter this error while duplicating such campaigns, preventing the successful creation of new versions.
• The error occurs when you try to duplicate legacy campaigns and utilize the is_not_today filter to create new versions. However, Segmentation no longer supports this filter after 2020.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the MoEngage dashboard and hover over to the left side. Go to Engage, scroll down to Campaigns, and click + Create campaign.
   
2. On the Create campaign page, initiate a hard reload and wait for a few seconds. Refer to the following commands to initiate a hard reload on various operating systems:
   Mac OS: Press Command + Shift + R on your keyboard.
   Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard.
   
3. Open the trigger node and click the X button in the upper right corner of the primary condition to remove it.
   
4. Choose an alternative trigger condition and save the entry node to generate new versions.
