Problem

Tracked clicks are not visible in an On-site Messaging (OSM) campaign despite the addition of the click event class.

Explanation

When you mistakenly direct the redirection to the container instead of the intended button, an unexpected behavior occurs.

Solution

To achieve the desired behavior, enter the URL redirection directly to the button.
