A firewall is a security feature for limiting and controlling access to the dashboard to only trusted IP addresses/ ranges. An additional authentication measure ensures increased security and a lower risk of accounts being compromised.

Enable firewall
Follow these steps to create a firewall for your account:
- Navigate to:
- Revamped UI: Settings > Security > Firewall
- Old UI: Settings > Login > Firewall
- Click on Add Firewall.
- Select the type - Allowed/ Blocked. Select Allowed if you want to whitelist any IP, and select Blocked if you want to blacklist any IP.
- Enter the IP addresses and subnets as CIDR ranges you want to allow or block.

- Click Save.
Once the firewall is enabled, all the logged-in users who are not on the registered networks will automatically be logged out.
Login Process
Once the firewall is set up, the users need to be on the registered networks to access the dashboard. Any user who is not on the registered networks will be denied access.
