These features are designed to ensure your campaigns are usable by people with disabilities, aligning with best practices and upcoming regulations like the European Accessibility Act (EAA). You can create accessible campaigns across multiple channels, including Push, In-App Messaging, Email, On-Site Messaging, and Cards.

Campaign Audience Limit 

MoEngage now supports Campaign Audience Limits, enabling marketers to control campaign reach based on real-time engagement outcomes.

 

Early Access

This is an Early Access feature. To enable it for your account, contact your CSM or raise a support ticket.

With this feature, you can:

  • Define maximum limits for key campaign events such as Sent, Impressions, Opens, Delivered, and Conversions.
  • Automatically pause campaigns once a desired threshold is met, ensuring smarter, outcome-driven control.
  • Choose from Total Limit, Daily Limit, and Instance Limit options for flexible audience management.

WhatsApp Lead Management

MoEngage now introduces the Self-Service for Email Onboarding, a streamlined process for setting up the necessary infrastructure and configurations to send emails directly through the MoEngage platform. This includes crucial steps like setting up email servers and ensuring domain authentication, all designed to enhance deliverability and comply with the latest guidelines from major mailbox providers such as Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft.
