Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) is an extension of Short Message Service (SMS) that allows you to send richer content, including images, GIFs, audio, videos, and a contact card in addition to text.  MMS in MoEngage is an insights-led channel that integrates seamlessly with your existing marketing strategies. Unlike a simple text message, an MMS campaign can combine various media formats to tell a complete story, announce a new product with visuals, or provide a personalized offer with a dynamic image.

MMS is currently supported in the USA, Canada, and Australia. For recipients in all other countries, MoEngage automatically falls back to SMS and includes the media as a URL.
