iOS Transactional Live Activities

MoEngage now supports Transactional Live Activities for iOS, allowing you to facilitate hyper-personalized, one-to-one user journeys directly on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

With this feature, you can:

  • Deliver 1:1 personalized updates tailored to individual user contexts, such as order tracking, driver ETAs, or service appointments.
  • Ensure 100% deliverability using MoEngage Inform’s infrastructure, which automatically falls back to a standard push notification if the Live Activity cannot start.
  • Provide a seamless user experience by updating a single persistent notification rather than flooding the user with multiple alerts.
  • Manage the full lifecycle via the Inform API to start, update, and end activities programmatically based on user actions.
