Custom Fonts

MoEngage has launched a fully self-service Custom Font Management feature, eliminating the need for support or engineering teams. UI Update: RCS is Now a Distinct Channel

MoEngage rolled out a significant UI update to formally position RCS as a distinct channel, separate from SMS. This change enhances platform clarity and consistency by introducing a new RCS channel tile, moving the SMS fallback option to Step 2, and relabeling all related campaign types and filters to "RCS." This is a UI update; all existing, active, and draft campaigns will continue to function without disruption.
