A firewall is a security feature used for limiting and controlling access to the dashboard to only trusted IP addresses/ranges. An additional authentication ensures increased security & lesser risk of accounts being compromised.
To enable the firewall, raise a support ticket and specify the IP addresses and subnets as CIDR ranges, you need to whitelist or blacklist. Once the firewall is enabled, all the logged-in users who are not the registered networks will automatically be logged out.
Once the firewall is set up, the users need to be on the registered network to access the dashboard. Any user who is not the registered networks will be denied access.
