Show/Hide Cards

Irrespective of the campaign state (Sent/ Active/ Paused/ Stopped), you can choose to show or hide your Card for the time being from the Campaign Info page. The beauty of the Show/Hide feature is that the campaign will continue to evaluate users based on the segmentation criteria but whether to show the card to the users or not will be determined by the Show/Hide option.

For example, let's say you want to run a promotion campaign where you are offering a 10% coupon to the users who added the product to the cart in the last 7 days and didn't purchase it. Now let's say, due to some unexpected circumstances, you want to hold on sending out the promotion but don't want to lose capturing the customers who satisfy the segmentation criteria. In this case, you may keep running the campaign but switch OFF the Show card option. Once you want to resume sending out the promotions, switch ON the Show card option.

What does the Show or Hide card toggle do?

  • When Show Card is switched ON: The Card will be shown to the user (will be displayed to the user’s Inbox)

  • When Show Card is switched OFF: The Card will be temporarily hidden i.e. for the time being Card will not be displayed to Inbox when a user opens the Inbox.

The Card will remain with us with the status “Hidden”. Once the setting is turned back to “Show Card”, the Card will be marked eligible to be shown in the app inbox. It will be delivered to the Inbox the next time user opens their app inbox.
