Smart Trigger emails are sent when a user does (or does not do) a defined action in a defined time (for ex. "Added a product to cart" but "Not Purchased" in 2 hours). It is possible that some of these emails are triggered at odd hours (for ex. if user added a product at 10 pm, email will be sent at midnight).
You can avoid this situation by setting up a Do Not Disturb (DND) time interval in the following steps:
Step 1: Head over to FC & DND on MoEngage Dashboard -> Settings (sidebar) -> Email Settings -> FC & DND
Step 2: Here, switch ON the DND toggle button and enter the time-interval for which you wish to not send the triggered emails.
In case you wish to deliver these emails after the DND period is over - switch ON the "Save & Send" toggle button. You can also mention the time interval in which multiple emails (delayed due to DND) should be sent.
Click on "Save" and be assured that you will not send an email to the user at odd hours.
